The newly built home is beach frontage has everything you will need to have a fantastic holiday. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ is available for use on the deck. Maybe you just want to have a lazy day or perhaps it's raining - the TV has a DVD and we have plenty of movies and music CD's for you to enjoy. There are ceiling fans in both the living room and the bedroom, and insect screens on the windows. Relaxing on the deck with the sea breeze is perfect to cool you down; add a wine or beer, a fantastic ocean view and you have paradise!
The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a very comfortable slat double sofa bed in the living area. All linen is supplied including beach towels. We do suggest you bring your own scuba gear and footwear suitable for walking on the coral shells There is an additional shower outside for cooling off and rinsing off sand from the beach.
The entire house and grounds and the beach in front of the property are exclusively for your use and you have your own direct private access to the beach. Walk down to the coral beach and explore, collect shells, marvel at the beauty of the coral rocks, paddle or laze in a rock pool.
Every year from July to October the majestic Humpback whales enter Cook Island territory for mating and the birthing of their calves.
With uninterrupted ocean views this is one of the best locations to whale watch because the reef is close to the shore. They often come in to play near the reef, so you can be lucky to watch a great show from the house deck or the shoreline.
Because the deck is 1 metre high and does not have adequate safety protection for young children, we do not accept children under the age of 10 years. Please advise children's ages when booking.
