No smoking of any kind is allowed at this residence you will be charged a $1000 fine after checkout. No pets are allowed of any kind you will be charged a $1000 fine. No loud noise after 10pm or you will be charged with a fine. After the first warning you will be fined after a second warning you will be removed from the premises with no refund and a $1000 fine. NO PRODUCTION is allowed in the home without approval if ANY production is done in the home without consent from the host or co host you will be asked to leave immediately with NO REFUND and NO DEPOSIT. It is security cameras on the property if they are moved or turned off thats automatic termination of your deposit. Those cameras are in place for your safety and the property safety. We do not like charging fees or taking deposits so please abide by the rules that are in place. Thanks
