Negative: The host had not foreseen the basic needs of the guests' accommodation, which were included in the price. There were stains everywhere on the upholstered furniture, tables and chairs. It was unmaintained, worn and shabby. In the end, we were even asked for an extremely high amount for one of the access cards that we had forgotten. When we sought our rights, we did not receive any assistance from the host, despite the efforts of the intermediary booking.com . The service provider (host) is obliged to: • to provide a service that meets the agreed characteristics; • to ensure minimum hygiene and safety conditions; • not to demand payments that are not clearly announced in advance; • to assist in the event of a complaint. The poor condition of the furniture and household appliances I described (they were broken and burnt) and additional, unclearly stated fees can be qualified as a discrepancy between the service and the agreement. The lack of cooperation from the host further aggravated the situation. Despite the information about our late arrival, the boiler was not turned on and there was no hot water. The guy who opened the apartment was nice and responsive, but our complaints do not depend on him. Extremely disappointing stay, does not correspond to the price
