This villa has two bedrooms upstairs, each with a new updated private bath! The master has a king bed, large flat screen tv, and a balcony. The second bedroom has one bunk bed with full size mattresses. The second bedroom comes with a balcony with a pool view. All linens and bath towels are provided.
The main level has been completely renovated also. There is a full bath and a fully stocked kitchen. The table seats 6. There is a washer and dryer off of the breakfast area. The living room has a sofa, two chairs, flat screen tv, and board games. The living room opens to a patio with a table and chairs and a beautiful view of the pool area. There is also a weber charcoal grill.
Guest cards are available for an additional charge giving renters full access to all Fripp Island facilities. There are two 18 hole golf courses (discount green fees), Olympic-size pool, adult pool with beach bar, Cabana Club lagoon, and ten court tennis club (court fees apply), fitness center, bike rentals and several restaurants. Through the marina you can rent a kayak, SUP, or book a dolphin watch cruise. Children 13 and up must have their own card.
