ON THE INSIDE
The home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedding configuration includes a king bed in the master bedroom, 3 twin bed in the second bedroom and 1 queen bedin the third bedroom. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. The living, kitchen and dining area are located on the main level.
ON THE OUTSIDE
Spend your days lounging by the pool and enjoy the private garden surrounding. Or take a short walk to the popular surf beach of Playa Guiones. Casa Colibri is also located near shops and restaurants making it easy to walk to many destinations

LOCAL QUIRKS - IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS AREA OF COSTA RICA
While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience dust, bugs, mold, power, water and internet outages at some point during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. All of these issues are beyond the control of the homeowner and the management company and may come without advance notice. If having internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend you research internet data plans available to you through your cellular provider. The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, much of the area will have noise from construction typically between the hours of 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of a project. The septic system in the Nosara area does not permit flushing of toilet paper with few exceptions. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager.
