Massanutten Vacation House
Located on a cul-de-sac within the gates of Massanutten Resort, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath house backs up to green space and looks over the house on the opposite side of the street for a beautiful sunrise view of the mountains.
Rock in the rocking chairs on the covered front porch or sit on the back deck and enjoy the peaceful sound of the water running into the water garden topped with lily pads and water lilies (water lilies open or bloom in the morning and close at night, what a sight to see!)
The 5 person Hot Tub is located just off the back deck.
Either grill out on the large 4 burner gas grill or cook in the well equipped kitchen.
Dining Table seats 6 people comfortably with two other card tables and chairs available if needed. (I say if needed because in our family, the men prefer to use the fold out TV Trays instead.) There is also a table located on the back deck just off the kitchen that seats 4.
Bedroom Set Up:
Linens provided for all beds along with freshly washed duvet covers
Master On-suite - Queen Bed, dresser, private bath with double vanity, and open closet area
Main Floor HUGE Bedroom Great for Teens and Kids - Two Oversized Bunkbeds(Each Bunk bed sleeps 3 with a full bed upgraded mattress on bottom and a twin upgraded mattress on top), a dresser. This room has a couch and Smart TV with HDMI Cord for Game hookup. Also choose from the many board games or books for genuine family time!
Downstairs Bedroom - Queen Bed, dresser, and closet. This Bedroom is adjacent to the downstairs bathroom.
Depending on preference, There is also a sofa bed in the downstairs sitting room which includes an elliptical machine and TV.
Common spaces include
1.The main floor area 2 couches, 1 armchairs, TV with Cable, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Capabilities and vent less gas logs
2. A couch and sitting area in the large Bedroom where the XBox game system is located
3. The downstairs area with sofa bed, TV/DVD with cable.
4. Newly Renovated Game Room - This includes plenty of seating with a professional size pool table, competition size ping pong table, air hockey table, Classic arcade game with 60 games, smart tv with cable
5. And don't forget Basketball in the cut-de-sac.
The game room was renovated from the two car garage, but for storage, we have a ski rack, snow board wall rack and plenty of space around the game tables to store bikes.

This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. NOISE
Noise that is unreasonable in the judgement of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. Quiet Hours are between 10PM and 7AM.
PARKING
All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are “highways” for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance.
Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home’s owner or property manager has told you he/she has explicit permission for you to do so.
Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at the MPOA Owners’ Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive.
NOTE: Buses, campers, and RV’s may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval, they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay.

Pets are not allowed to run at large. They must be leashed at all times when off this property.
