Newly renovated and well-lit 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath coastal villa at Hilton Head Resort with screened balcony overlooking Pool 4 and private access to Singleton Beach. Monthly and bi-weekly discounted rates available now through the end of March, 2026 (inquire with host).
Hilton Head Island is known for its beautiful beaches along the Atlantic coastline, and Singleton Beach at Hilton Head Resort is onsite with private beach access so there are no roads to travel nor traffic to dodge. The beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the villa to the end of the boardwalk, or daily shuttle rides from the boardwalk to the beach are offered to guests during late spring through summer. Shuttle rides operate on a weather permitting basis and schedules are posted at ground floor elevators in each building (mid-March through Labor Day weekend). Along the boardwalk you will see breathtaking sights of scenic salt water marsh and coastal wildlife with opportunities on the beach for shelling, sand castle building, beach games, swimming, bicycle riding, or just taking a leisurely walk.
Enjoy this spacious, coastal, cottage-like villa that is comfortable for 6, including children of any age. For any rental, the maximum number of children is 4 (ages 18 and under). No exceptions will be given to exceed the maximum number of guests for any rental at any time.
This villa (#4201) located in Building 4 has a comfortable living and dining area, three bedrooms, two full baths, a well-appointed kitchen, a washer/dryer, and all the comforts of home (includes WIFI). Relax on the screened-in balcony on the love seat and two adirondack chairs that overlook Pool 4, or catch a game of tennis or pickle ball on one of the four lighted tennis courts just outside the door.
The newly decorated living room is equipped with a 55" Smart TV where guests can log in with personal streaming devices. The living room furnishings include a sofa, recliner, two chairs, and ceiling fan. Both the living and dining area offer plenty of light. There are a variety of games, books, puzzles, and magazines that appeal to both kids and adults.
All appliances in the kitchen have been recently updated. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless cookware and cutlery for putting together simple meals to preparing gourmet dishes with fresh seafood and vegetables from local markets. A digital Keurig Coffee Maker (k-pod style) is provided for those who savor the taste of fresh brewed coffee or tea as well as a four-slice toaster. The kitchen is also equipped with an Oster master blender and crock pot. Quick meals can be served at the kitchen bar that seats three, or you may prefer to serve family meals at the dining table. For those that prefer to dine outdoors, there are grills and picnic tables just outside the villa.
All bedrooms have updated bedding and linens. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and private bath with a tub/shower. The Back bedroom also has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV. The Bunk Bed room has one twin/twin bunk bed and a full-size bed. A Pack & Play crib and high chair are provided for little ones. The hall bath has been updated with a newly tiled shower.
As a courtesy to guests, we offer our personal beach gear for guests to use which includes six beach chairs (high-back style), beach cart, beach umbrella, and beach toys for enjoyment at the beach. Please be mindful that we welcome guests to use our beach gear, but we require that all beach gear be rinsed off and properly returned to the storage unit. Before check-in time, if you indicate you wish to use our personal beach gear, we will provide information regarding the storage unit under Building 1.

Coco's On The Beach is a well-known ocean-front bar and grill at Hilton Head Resort providing food, snacks, and many choices of beverages as well as beach volleyball. Coco's is located at the end of the boardwalk just before the beach dunes, and restrooms are available. Coco's operates on a seasonal schedule (mid-March through November 1st).
Hilton Head Resort is a family-oriented, well- lit gated community with 24-hour security surveillance. The resort has two outdoor pools and six lighted tennis courts. The pool at Building 1 is heated. The Beach Bear is located at Building 1 by Pool 1 and offers delicious and reasonably-priced sandwiches, burgers, salads, beverages, breakfast, and ice cream. The Beach Bear has a combined gift shop/convenience store and offers souvenirs, beach necessities, toys, and attire. Beach Bear operates on a seasonal schedule. In Building 3, there is a year-round indoor heated pool, exercise room, indoor track, kiddie pool, spa/whirlpool, sauna, steam room, arcade, and restrooms/showers.
At the ground floor elevators in each of the four buildings, you will find shuttle run schedules to the beach, open/close times of indoor and outdoor amenities (as well as Coco's and the Beach Bear), resort policies and updates, contact information within the resort, designated smoking areas within the resort, any changes made by the Regime Office, and a map of the entire resort.
Also, please refer to Owner's Manual for information about Hilton Head Resort as well as maps, upcoming events and shows, restaurants, helicopter rides, shopping opportunities, recreation activities, golf courses, bicycle trail information, menus, check-in and check-out procedures, etc. On-site bicycle rental is now available at the resort at Building 2; bike rental information is provided in the Owner's Manual. Bagged ice is also available at the Security Gate entrance as well as at Building 2.
