It's a 12 minute drive to the beach. The house sits on 8 acres of forest, with a swimming pool . There are 2 guest rooms with their own baths, a master suite, with both an indoor and outdoor bathroom and a half bath off the first floor. The property also includes a guest house, with a queen bed, kitchenette and private bathroom. The guesthouse is not air conditioned, just a ceiling fan. The house also has a washer/dryer, smart T.V ,with streaming from U.S. stations, a Bluetooth sound system, 5G fiber optic Wi-Fi and an outdoor grill. The property is landscaped with fruit trees and many different types of flowers. The house was designed to have the natural breezes travel thru the living areas. The bedrooms have a/c, DO NOT try to cool the entire house with the bedroom units. Thank you for your cooperation.
This is Costa Rica and at times the electricity, WiFi and water go off with no notice. This is done for repairs or storms The house is also in the jungle, so animals will be attracted to the water to drink etc.
