Includes an ice machine, grill/smoker, picnic table, ceiling fans in the crab house. Public boat ramp is available. Lots of areas for sunbathing, watching the sun rise and set or reading a good book. It is a very quiet paradise. Great for boating, fishing, scalloping, kayaking or simply relaxing.
