The Space:
Step into a lovely home that exudes class and warmth from the moment you enter. Classic coal-gray floor integrating all the areas, dark-coloured fittings, solid wooden tables and rich leather furniture completes the look.

The entire space features large windows with panoramic views of the sea over the dynamic city. An eye-catching bar counter and tall bookshelves are the unique focal points. The large dining space sits 8 comfortably, placed between the kitchen and living area for an uninterrupted interaction among your own guests. A family room extends from here with cable TV and vinyl record player too!

The fully equipped kitchen has all the essential appliances you need. There’s even a workspace from its cozy corner lest you need to work on that urgent email. The high-speed internet connects seamlessly even from the bedroom.

The bedrooms are furnished with a king and queen sized beds, all with fresh linens and comfortable mattresses. The first bedroom has an open walk-in closet and even a motorized projector screen for that added cinema feels!

Soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gels are also provided in each bathrooms for a more comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:
Jumeirah Beach Residence or as commonly known with its abbreviation JBR, is a premium area of Dubai. There are a lot of exciting go-to places here because The Walk, The Beach, and The Bluewaters Island are all located here together.

The Walk is a beach-side boulevard that has a line of restaurants, cafes, handicraft shops, boutiques, pop-up markets with food and jewelry stalls. There are street performances and amazing nightlife as well.

The Beach refers to the beach resort itself complete with activities that are available to anyone from beach-side dining and shopping to wakeboarding, parasailing, banana boat rides, and camel rides. There is also a 600-m running track, an outdoor gym, and a volleyball court for those who enjoy jogging alongside the beach and those who want to keep up with their fitness. An outdoor yoga class is also offered for anyone who wants to keep their health in great shape.

There is also a chance for residents and visitors to witness some live entertainment for a more enjoyable stay.

The Bluewaters Island is where the Dubai Eye is located - the upcoming biggest ferris wheel in the world, expected to be completed in 2021. This island is still in development but will include entertainment, residential and many more that will attract visitors.

If you fancy having adventures in Dubai, you can get around using the train. A few minutes' walk can get you to the tram station that connects to the main metro station to get around Dubai on your own.

If you like to shop, a quick taxi will take you to Marina Mall or Mall of the Emirates. You can simply go to The Walk and enjoy a stroll or see a movie at the Roxy Cinema.

You can also go around JBR to explore and breathe in its uplifting mood. Cafes like Starbucks are accessible if you want to have an elegant cup of coffee, and if you want to catch up with sports, West Beach Bistro and Sports Lounge is nearby.
