Quiet street with great privacy and an unobstructed marsh/water view. Front entrance opens to living/dining/kitchen area with polished brick floors. Living area opens onto an expansive brick and wood patio on the marsh with gorgeous views. Kitchen is new including quartz countertops, cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Upper level has two bedrooms with new hardwood floors, walk-in closets, and a full connecting bath between master and guest room. Lower level has one bedroom, den, and full bath. For those with ambulatory issues note that there is not a bathroom on the main level. Handfinished concrete floors on the lower level with large den. 4-Seater golf cart (Included) and kyack is located in the carport. 4 bikes are included in the rental. Amenity cards can be purchased for use of amenities on the island (pools, golf, restaurants, marina, etc...). Lots of seating available on the outside deck with views of the marsh and waterway.
