Situated on the only small hillside within the center of Samara Beach, The Villa is the perfect spot to enjoy panoramic ocean views. Double-wide glass doors open up, connecting the kitchen, living room/dining room to the patio and pool area. Suntan on poolside lounge chairs or relax under the covered patio.
The open kitchen – modern and conveniently functional. It is bright and inviting, with a large granite kitchen island, a 4 burner electric stove top, full length Italian granite countertops, and all stainless steel appliances.
The view of Samara beach, the protective reefs that appear and disappear with the tide. Screened windows from each room give you a bird s eye view into the surrounding hillsides where you can watch flocks of parakeets, families of monkeys swinging through the trees, kayakers heading to Isla Chora, or fishing boats headed out to sea.
Throughout the house, sober colors and modern materials create a very comfortable, relaxed feeling, while elegant architectural features like the glass entrance door and 13-foot 3D effect ceilings make it super-modern and sophisticated. Windows give the house a bright, open feeling. The master bedroom is very spacious. It has a king-size bed, remote control air-conditioning, reading lamps, tons of storage and closet space, and a very large en-suite bathroom. From your bed, just open up the sliding glass doors and enjoy huge panoramic ocean views.The en-suite bathroom has a large glassed-in tile shower/tub.
To make the very most of the gorgeous ocean view, the front of the house are made up mostly of very large windows. On the back side of the houses, the view of the dense green hillside is equally spectacular, covering many acres.
The villas are an easy 4-minute walk to Samara beach. just walk down our concrete road for about 100 meters, cross the street, and then walk 100 meters along a wide, shaded path, and you are at the entrance to the beach! Walk east for another 4 minutes and you will be at the center of town, close to banks, the very helpful Samara Info Center, grocery stores, surf shops and a variety of good beach-front restaurants
