The home features 2 shaded patios where you can enjoy the "Salty Breeze" and some spectacular sunsets.
The kitchen boasts brand new appliances and countertops. A stacking washer/dryer is located off the kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats 4.

In addition to the two community pools close by, this unit offers free access to the Harbor Island Beach & Racquet Club which includes a large resort pool (complete with kiddie pool), a playground, volleyball, 2 tennis courts, and a fitness center. Harbor also has numerous great spots to fish.

Food trucks frequently visit throughout the summer months and are usually located “on the green” adjacent to the Harbor Island Beach & Racquet Club.
We are located 1 mile away from Hunting Island State Park, a hidden South Carolina gem consisting of a sandy beach, nature trails, and a walkable light house! Just 15 miles to the north, you can find amazing restaurants & shops in historic downtown Beaufort.
Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property. No large groups and no parties!
Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $205.00. This property is able to have up to 2 vehicles per stay.
Gate pass payment will be requested AFTER reservation is approved and paid. Gate pass fees are not included in the listing's booking price. Please be sure to make this payment prior to arrival so you can receive your gate passes in an appropriate time. Gate passes are not refundable once paid.
