Positive: The staff was very responsible and helpful.. and kind…there was guy his Name was Amer he was Egyption he was very responsible and very helpful i just wanted to say thank you to him… my sister 7 years ago came to this hotel so she suggested me i cone Novotel… at beginning i didn’t like my room at all but when i asked they change they gave me very nice room and it will stay in my mind that next time i will come over there again…

Negative: Some staf in rooms was very old like chairs

Summary: I liked this hotel and i will choose that again location is so good staff are very good
