This beautiful and private 3 Bedroom villa is situated on a hillside within the gated community of Hermosa Heights. Recently updated and conveniently located within a 25-minute drive of the Liberia International airport, the villa offers relaxation and beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean and the gulf of Papagayo. Parking is steps from the main entry and patio for the villa. The patio area includes comfortable seating and a dining table for four, a propane BBQ, chaise lounge and a private waterfall edge pool.
Entering through the large sliding glass doors, the main living area has vaulted wood ceilings and beautiful views of the ocean. The kitchen is open-concept and well-stocked with an adjacent dining table that seats six. The living area and each of the three bedrooms are comfortably furnished with amenities that include air conditioning, WiFi, TV, bath and pool towels, and extra linens. Two full bathrooms and separate laundry with a washer & dryer provide the convenience of home.
Within Hermosa Heights is a large communal pool with 2 water slides, spa, mini golf, movie theatre, and a first-aid facility.
Within a short walk, you will find a variety of bars, restaurants, and a convenient mini-market.
The “Blue Flag” beach of Playa Hermosa is less than a kilometer away or just relax on the patio at Villa Pedro.
