The home includes access to a shared pool and fishing dock with 11 total units. Boat slips are available on a first-come, first-served basis for small boats or jet skis.

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area overlooks the lagoon and is fully equipped with essentials for cooking during your stay. Parking includes a covered carport for two vehicles, plus one space next to the carport and one behind it, for a total of four parking spaces. Small boat or jet ski trailers may be stored under the carport if they fit. RVs, travel trailers, and large boat trailers are not allowed on the property.
