Although completely renovated in 2018 we continue to make our home better. For 2026 you will find an expanded master suite complete with a full bath. An additional half bath was added to a second BR for a total of two full and two half baths in the upstairs living space. Well equipped kitchen, expanded living area, covered deck, large sun deck, vaulted ceiling and more!

4BR, 1full, 2half bath OBX cottage situated conveniently at the 5.5 mp in Kill Devil Hills. Home is fully equipped for your stay including 1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds, a full with bunk and twin trundle. Family room with a 65 inch flat screen TV, covered deck, over 400 square feet of sun decks all waiting for you and your family to enjoy. A fully equipped kitchen complete with microwave, coffee maker, new convection range and dishwasher are there for your convenience. A hot/cold enclosed outside shower makes for a nice transition from the beach to the house. A nice utility room is located on the ground level and is complete with full sized washer and dryer a 1/2 bath and wash sink. Watch the ocean roll onto the sand with ocean views from the expansive sun deck all equipped with sun loungers and Adirondack chairs. Gas grill and picnic table are provided for your use.
