This second row property features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel black appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a beverage refrigerator, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. Eight TVs (70-inch Samsung in living room and family room, 50-inch Samsung Smart TVs in bedrooms) and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and four queen-sized beds, plus one twin-over-double futon bunk bed and one queen-sized sofa bed. A pack-n-play is available for guests with small children. Outdoor amenities include a 14-by-24-foot private saltwater filtration swimming pool with pool furniture, including an oversized picnic table and benches, as well as sundecks, covered porch, enclosed shower with hot and cold water, pool shower, and gas grill. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City.
