The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel at home, including both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining room and features additional seating at the breakfast bar- perfect for morning coffee or casual meals. This condo blends cozy charm with modern convenience for a truly relaxing vacation.
Continue your workout routine in the well-equipped fitness center, soothe those muscles while soaking in the hot tub. Take a swim in the warm Gulf waters or make a splash in one of the 3 refreshing pools. (pools are open daily from 9am until dusk) With a traffic-controlled pedestrian walkway, explore the private dock/pier located across street at our Riverside building. Lighted tennis/pickleball courts, propane grill house and kayak rack.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking). Guest will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day
Unregistered vehicles will be ticketed, booted or towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
