Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: Sunny Lane", located in the Camp District, is a perfect location for a family to create wonderful WaterColor memories. The Camp Watercolor pool and a lovely park are just steps away. The lavish WaterColor Beach Club, the white sand beaches of the Gulf, and a variety of shopping and dining experiences are only a short bike ride away. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and adjoins a large, private en-suite bathroom that features a separate jetted soaking tub. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a fun bunk room perfect for children. The roomy third bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and has an adjoining sitting room. You will find a comfortable daybed with trundle in the sitting room and is a great spot for watching TV or keeping the kiddos close. Your guest will be snug as a bug-in-a-rug in the cozy fourth bedroom, which has a private bath. As the day ends, unwind on the fully furnished screened-in patio overlooking the surrounding park or gather for fun and conversation in the home's open concept living area. There is seating for 8 to enjoy a meal or playing games around the large dining table. "Sunny Lane" is a place to make cherished memories.
