Our fully furnished new cottage villa features a corner lot with an enclosed backyard for your privacy and pet. Located within minutes of the soon to open Eastport town square. Short distance to the Riverbend Recreation Center where you can enjoy the family pool, pickleball, tennis, bocce, corn toss, shuffleboard, billiards and sand volleyball. Across the street from the Live Oak pitch & putt. Shorter distance to the future St. Tropez Recreation Center. You will have access to miles of scenic pathways for walking and biking. HOME FEATURES: Fully equipped and everything is brand new, including all of the furniture, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, etc. Open concept 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Split floor plan allows for total privacy from the other two bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed with night stands, a dresser, spacious walk-in closet, a double sink vanity and a large walk-in shower. This community is a golfer's paradise, boasting executive courses and championship courses. Guest IDs for the amenities are included in the price for nightly and weekly rentals. SUPPLIES PROVIDED: Linens, towels, dishes, glassware, cutlery and cookware are all brand new and provided for your convenience. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board, blender, mixer, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, beach towels, set of men's and woman's golf clubs and 2 portable chairs. Basic starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand and dish soap, dishwasher/laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash included. Set of keys ($5.00 replacement fee if lost), garage door opener ($45 replacement fee).
