This beautiful tropical house situated in a quiet neighborhood features 2 bedrooms,1 full bath and office room. Equipped with washer/dryer, a spacious backyard, AC and free WIFI to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Minutes to beautiful gulf beaches like Treasure Island, St-Pete, Madeira, Gulfport, Pass-a-Grille. Minutes away from Downtown St-Petersburg. Enjoy visiting nearby restaurants, shops, cafes, bars, watersports, golf club, parks, stores and many more. We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

• Please don't eat/drink in beds this leads to irreversible stains (Claim will be made)
• Washer & Dryer : To be used for your personal clothes
• No Smoking, No Pets, No candles
• The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee
• Complimentary and starting basic essentials
• No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more.
• Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside.
• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
• Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made.
•There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
