A 4 x 4 is MANDATORY to access the property. The road is well maintained; however, it is steep in some places. Refunds WILL NOT be given to guests that do not obtain vehicles that can access the house.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations made within 4 days or less of check in will be charged for the minimum 2 day stay and cleaning fee. If the cancellation is made within the 4 day window and reservations were for stays longer than 14 days, the guests will be charged for 7 days and a cleaning fee.
