Main level has hardwood throughout with tile in the bathroom and utility. Lower level has tile bathrooms and luxury vinyl in the bedrooms and family room. The covered concrete porch on the front and back wall access from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. The lower level has a large family room with fireplace, perfect for enjoying the provided board games and two bedrooms with queen beds, each with its own private bath. The covered patio in the lower level can be accessed from the family room and both bedrooms. Lots of storage great lighting a main level oversize garage, fenced in backyard so your pet is secure and safe. There is a large pond with Koi in the front of the property please do not feed these fish!There’s also a creek at the back of the property.
