This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, two refrigerators, bar with ice maker, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, LVT flooring and ceiling fans in every room. Four flat-screen TVs (cable), four DVD players and CD/stereo player are also provided. An additional family room with the second refrigerator is located on the ground floor. Sleeping accommodations include one king, two queens and one twin-sized bed, as well as three twin-over-twin bunk bed sets (two with trundles), and one double-sized sleeper sofa. Three bedrooms are upstairs and two are downstairs. The bathrooms are evenly split between the floors. Outdoor amenities include a custom-built 34-by-18-foot private pool with wet deck, bench seats and waterfall, three sundecks, large front screened porch, outdoor shower, and Weber gas grill. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City.
